Optiplex Solutions was built on one principle: do the job properly, every time. No shortcuts, no upselling, no call centres — just licensed technicians who show up on time and get it right.
How we started
Optiplex Solutions was founded in 2020 by a pair of ARCtick-licensed refrigeration mechanics who were tired of watching homeowners get overcharged and underserved by large HVAC companies.
Starting with a single van and a handful of loyal customers in Sydney's Inner West, we grew steadily through word of mouth — the only marketing that's ever mattered to us.
Today we run a fleet of fully-equipped service vehicles across Greater Sydney, the Southern Highlands, and the Illawarra. The business is still owner-operated, and every job is overseen by a licensed technician.

Specialises in ducted systems and multi-head installations. Daniel has completed over 1,200 residential installs across Greater Sydney.

Service & Maintenance Lead
Runs our maintenance and repair division. Priya is known for fast, accurate diagnosis and clear communication with customers.
